I traveled to Gainesville, Florida, my birthplace and epicenter of the Gator Nation, to document Scott and Amanda’s wedding. I had a great time and enjoyed the opportunity to have fellowship with Amanda, Scott, and their guests. And I was honored to serve as their photographer and tell the story of their day.
Thanks to Ann Marie of Ladybird Salon; my good friend and talented fine artist, Jeff Dreisen, who agreed to assist and worked the lightstick with an expert eye and contributed his legendary wit and humor; Minister Bachmann for his hospitality; and UCGainesville staff persons like Ken working behind the scenes.
The photographs from the event are now online.

Mike and Stacey were married in sunny Gainesville, Florida at the Sweetwater Branch Inn, a beautiful bed and breakfast complex featuring two restored Victorian homes, a lovely garden, and Koi pond. The November weather was perfect. I enjoyed documenting their story and offer them best wishes on their life’s journey together!

Scott and Jessica exchanged vows at the beautiful Baughman Center on the University of Florida campus in Gainesville and held their reception at the Haile Plantation Country Club. It was a joy meeting all their friends and family, and I was thrilled and honored to document this milestone event in their lives.
